Chris Jennings is literally the wolf of realestate in the area.
Not only is he incredibly thorough about representing you as your agent he is incredibly responsive as well.
His wife Laura will make your listing look so good after photographing your property you'll actually consider keeping it.
Chris is incredibly responsive to his clients. Unlike other agencies that ignore your calls. If he can't get to your call immediately he will shoot you a text letting you know that he will be getting back to you soon.
Chris is incredibly protective of his clients as well throughout the process and will be kind of like a informative friend that will inform you of all of your options concerning anything that can happen with your deal. Quite frankly he is the best in the area and it repeatedly shows through his work ethic. Don't call anyone else concerning one of the most important transactions in your financial life.
Chris and his team are honestly the best our family could have had in our corner concerning the sale of our house.

We interviewed several realtors when we decided to sell. Chris was by far the most enthusiastic, easy to talk to and he immediately saw the potential in our home. Rarely does someone make an impression to motivate me to actually sit down and write a review about it. Well, Chris Jennings has made such an impression. It was a wonderful experience selling our beach front Condo. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He is definitely committed to exceptional service. He was terrific! FANTASTIC EXPIERIENCE!!
My wife and I were looking to buy a vacation/vacation rental house in PCB and gave Chris a call. We traveled down from Illinois to meet with him and look for places. We had never been there before so we were very unclear of what we were getting in to. From the beginning Chris was extremely helpful in showing us a wide variety of places and areas and explaining what ones would have better rental potential. We had a very tight deadline and budget that we had to stick with and Chris helped us find the best place for us in a quick timeframe and UNDER budget! Chris also helped us find an insurance agent (getting insurance in FLA is a bit harder than ILL!!). When we came down to close Chris put us in contact with a vacation rental company (that we have signed on with), and even helped us find a place to stay before we could get in to our place. Chris educated us, and was always available to answer questions (and there were LOTS)! We absolutely love our new place and truly could not have done all this without the help from Chris at BAY TO 30A.
