Excellent service. Onsite hostess/manager Jenna is nothing less than impressive! Jenna's professionalism, knowledge and customer friendly attitude is truly above and beyond. On a 1-10 scale we would rate Jenna and the service she provided a 12, Jenna is absolutely terrific.

First, we couldn't get a hold of them for a solid week before check-in, then when we arrived we were told they would provide us with a packing play but no one was working. The front desk on a Tuesday and no pack and play was put into our room so we had to go out and purchase one, which put a damper in our day. Clear water damage and appear to be mold clean up in the bathroom on the ceiling, cracked glass closet door. Then our second day there they had a electrician schedule to fix a and I quote "sparking outlet for the microwave" why would you rent a unit with a potential fire hazard to a family with three small children? and they knew about it! We had to leave our unit and disrupting our children's nap time. Keep in mind this is an infant and a young toddler while they fix the outlet after I told them they had to wait until we left. When talking to the property manager they told me that they were considering this an emergency situation to which I replied. Then why did you rent us the unit if you knew about it. They then said it wasn't a big deal and the guy was out fast enough. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. If you pay attention to the negative comments on this place, you will see a lot of the same. Poor communication and not good customer service. Of course the location is fantastic but I would never stay here again unless it was run by a different property company. All of this said and done. They said that they would reimburse us for one day and the pack and play that would come out to $250. When it was all said and done ( to be honest we should have asked for a full refund due to all the issues and problems we had to deal with with the property manager. Extremely rude). They reimbursed us $200 and then ignored all my messages. They refused to pay for the one day and pack-n-play! If you need more reviews, check out the capital asset management Google reviews because that's the company that manages this property. You'll see the negative reviews there as well. I don't like to argue and I've never left a bad review in my life but this was going above and beyond for them. We tried to be reasonable and they were not having it. Of course they are free to come on here and dispute and tell their side of the story. I encourage it.

**Edit as of 2/15/24 and response to company response. When they say they got my "permission" to enter our room it was to assess a issue that they later told me they already knew about and they would let me know how long this would take and if the. They could do the work. I was never notified about how long it would take and was told it was an "EMERGENCY" TO FIX THE SPARKING OUTLETS . To me that doesn't sound safe or like they had the issue fixed before check in. If there was "no danger" then why did they feel the need to get the outlet/ microwave fixed immediately while a guest was renting the unit ? If it was a smart business they would have either waited till it wasn't rented ( because of no danger) or not rent it at all. They wasted our full day and still refused to reimburse us for the full day and pack and play. I never agreed to the price they said they argued that it was fair when it clearly wasn't. As far as mold just take a look when you get there. That's my opinion but everyone is welcome to their own.
I never said my stay with them was pleasant and never had a in person talk about all these issues. It was all over the phone or text which I can provide. The only in person was about the pack and play which your efforts to give me one was redundant since I had to already go buy one , so I don't know why they said they are shocked with my review. This was the worst experience for Money I have ever had to deal with and they should be ashamed. I told them I would leave a negative review and they didn't seem to care
I hope people make the right choice and say no thanks to this company.

Sad to see management not care about long term customers. My family has stayed at the Beachwalk Villas for over 15 years, we go each summer. It's been the best- until now. The company screwed up the dates of our vacation, and will not fix their error, so after 15+ years, it's time to say goodbye to a family tradition and my home away from home 🙁
Beachwalk Villas has been minimally updated over the last 15 years, with new management at the helm. It's old and tired. Some rooms are tiny with limited air flow, others are huge- with too much unused space. The living room furniture looks like it's well over 20 years old. Big, deep, sat in, old couches and chairs that don't match. The ONLY thing it has going is location. I love the location and will be sad see it from afar now.
DO NOT STAY if you want to stay year over year and make real-time family memories; management will kill that idea for you.

I loved this place. We stayed in the small studio by the pool. So cozy and clean. Doors open to the pool. The staff here is amazing. They work so hard at keeping everything in top top shape. I also saw a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so lovely and spacious. Definitely will return. The comments about no a/c didn’t bother us when you have the ocean breeze right outside. You can’t beat the location!!!

We had a party of 20 stay here and we all were satisfied with our villas. We stayed in villa 5 which accommodated 9 of us perfectly. The rooms are well taken care of, beds are comfy, kitchen had pretty much what we needed. The view from balcony is perfect morning or afternoon. The only thing needed in our bedroom was better blinds or black out curtains since a lot of light comes in the morning. And hall bathroom shower had very low pressure. Cleaning crew is also awesome. Anything we needed while they were there they accommodated as they could. But beach is steps away, pool is clean and shower is right next to it to clean off. We will definitely be back.

The location is awesome and the floor layout is very spacious. We rented unit 5 and I would highly recommend it if you have enough people. The beds are okay. The blinds need improvement though. The sun is very bright in the morning and it's hard to sleep with it coming in. Make sure to pack a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in. Laundry room on-site, bring quarters if you need to use it. There's a shower by the pool to rinse off after the beach. There's no AC but its by the beach and the fans work just fine.
