Love the home, and pool but I get to see horses everyday. After all I have been through with my daughter being kidnapped and she loved horses and water. Hopefully they choose me for this home and they will not regret it. Up and coming area but I'm willing to grow with it.

Belong has been managing my rental property for the past three years. They have a great concept, an excellent online system, and their rent guarantee is definitely a unique perk.
However, the experience largely depends on your concierge, as they are your sole point of contact for all issues. I had a concierge who was difficult to reach, often taking 2-3 days, or even up to a week, to respond to urgent matters like tenant eviction. During that time, my experience with Belong was quite frustrating.
My recent concierge, however, has been a breath of fresh air. He is responsive and fully understands the tenant situation, making communication effortless.
Overall, while Belong's offerings are appealing, the system could be improved to ensure consistent, streamlined service regardless of which concierge you're assigned.

P.S. When my first concierge left, I wasn’t even notified until I contacted customer service. I’m giving 4 stars overall, thanks to my current concierge

So far, I am not having a good experience since moving in to the place we're renting.. a whole lot of stuff needed service as if nobody did a full inspection of the home before advertising.. landlord left hazardous waste in the garage to which I am waiting for the Belong "concierge" to resolve.

I'm 3 weeks in without a working stove and yet I am paying the full amount of rent. The first two weeks the customer service had been great... but now... I have not heard from anyone at all.

There is one good thing, that's they guarantee the rent payment and will pay the landlord exactly at the beginning of the month, but that come with a cost: they will be very picky in choosing tenants, and there are high chances that you would loose a few months of rent payment, due to the fact that they won't rent the property to typical tenants who don't have 720+ credit score or so.

Come to the quality of repair and quality of the work delivered by their vendors: it's the worst of the worst. pre-move in cleaning cost $800 (and you have no choice, just have to absorb that expense). Triming bush in the yard would cost $2K (I ended up paying $600 for a yelp's vendor). Last summer they repaired our sewer system and ended up suggested to replace a section of the pipe - I agree with the condition that they had to send me the photo of the work to prove that it's performed. They did not provide the proof and claim that the work had been performed. Just a couple weeks later, the sewer got blocked again and they found root invasion right at the area where they claim that new pipe was replaced. With the facts that there were no proof of work had been provided and the root invasion in the same area of the previous issue, they still claimed that they did perform all the required work and still withdraw money form my bank account without my authorization.

After being patient enough to discuss with them for 3 months, I am going to file a complain with the Better Business Bureau and will start seeking a legal service to serve my right. The expense is not too much and may not justify the cost and time, but I hate that kind of dishonest and disrespectful business. Be aware of that and think twice if you are planning to do business with them.

Let me know if anyone has the same kind of problem with them and want to join to file a lawsuit against them.
