If you want the best people behind you when you purchase your home, look no further than LaTonya, Jeremy and Leslie! There are few business names that come to mind when you think of exceptional service, and these guys are the Disney World experience in real estate! They showed us everything from existing homes to new builds in several cities surrounding Denver. They got to know us and find out what we really wanted not only in a home but the community too for our family of 6. We discussed all the important things…schools, sports, church and of course all the must haves in our home. They helped with recommendations with lenders, activities in the community, and schools for our kids. We ultimately decided a new build was the route we wanted to go and we are so thankful we had Jeremy and LaTonya to guide us every step of the way. Although we are extremely happy to be in our new home, it was a rough road at times with the builder. Lucky for us, Jeremy has 20+ years of experience in building homes too, so he was the man during all of the walk throughs. The superintendent wasn’t expecting Jeremy to be so involved with whole process and tried to skim by with not building our house to code. Jeremy was able to take videos and pictures of what needed to be corrected (the morning of his daughter’s graduation by the way) and make a few calls to remedy the situation quickly and in the end we got a different and much more pleasant superintendent to work with. We started this process over 2 years ago and closed on our home 7 mo ago and we couldn’t be more happy to say we made some lifelong friends through this experience! I can honestly say that I couldn’t imagine building or buying a home with anyone but these guys! We will be lifelong customers and friends❤️ Also a couple unexpected surprises we just received in the mail was tickets to the home and garden show and some paperwork for our taxes with tax season among us, courtesy of the New Padd Group. The annual pig roast and Christmas party to see Santa are amazing too and something our family always looks forward to! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

LaTonya at Berkshire Hathaway was an amazing Realtor to work with. We moved to CO from out of state so we only had a few days to visit and find a house. LaTonya made the process very easy for us by discussing what exactly we were looking for in our house before we got to CO so we had the search narrowed down. She schedule appointments for all day once we arrived, and even after we went through all of them she continued to schedule more showings as new houses came on the market while we were there. She made the entire escrow process very easy for us especially being out of state. She video called with us so we could be included in certain appointments. She was available to talk on the phone anytime we had questions about certain documents we were signing and made us truly understand what was happening at all times. Even after we closed and moved into the house she has been available for questions and guidance regarding the house.
