I am very dissatisfied with the rental service provided by Thomas Group. Kevin Fitz is the manager, and he simply does not respond to the maintenance request services. I have been living in a rented property with this company for almost 3 months, and it's very frustrating to have to ask for repairs that linger over time while I'm ignored. I pay my rent on time and fulfill my duties, but this company does not do its job. Avoid headaches!

There’s a property I’ve been wanting to see where this realty company is listed as the contact. Specifically, it has Matt Thomas listed at the agent. I have been calling since Wednesday of last week trying to get someone to schedule me for a tour. I’ve left messages for the office, for Matt Thomas and Kevin Fitz. None of which have replied. Today I decide to follow up but when I called the office, no one answered. I called Matt directly and no one answered. I called back to the office and Matt answered to which he provides me the INCORRECT number to call Kevin and tells me Kevin is the listing agent. I tried to explain that Matt himself is listed on here, not knowing Matt is the broker, and that I’ve left messages with Kevin. Matt cuts me off to say only Kevin can help me, tells me to have a good day and hangs up without allowing me to finish or say anything else. I called the number he gave me for Kevin and it’s actually for a Connie. But now he’s not answering when I call back. You can imagine my disbelief when I found out that this interaction came from the broker himself. People want to own a business but don’t know how to do business with clients. My time is as valuable as yours, Matt.

Tips:
- get responsive agents who actually reply and follow up so you don’t get your panties in a twist when they call you because they haven’t heard back
- ask the sites to clearly list who the direct agent to contact is. The site I was on listed Matt Thomas as the contact agent, not Kevin

EDIT: You’re sorry you were called out, there was no misunderstanding. You tell me…what other way was I supposed to perceive the following …

I had been reaching out to your company and agents for the past 2-3 days, to no avail. FINALLY, someone - Matt - answered the phone. I explained the property I was interested in to which you said Kevin was the agent, that he could help me and you proceeded to give me his number. I copied down the number while I waited for you to finish so I could explain to you that I had already left voicemails for Kevin and sent messages, but had still not heard back so I wanted to know if perhaps his no reply meant the property was no longer available. The least you could’ve done is asked your agent to please get back with me. But before I could tell you I have already left voicemails and messages for Kevin, you rudely cut me off and stated yet again that only Kevin can help me. Told me to have a nice day and abruptly hung up not allowing me the chance to finish saying what you cut me off on. This does me no good especially since Kevin STILL hasn’t replied to me.

The property I wanted to view fit my needs. I have been holding off touring other properties because I was hoping Kevin’s property could be my new home. I have lost out on other decent properties by just waiting around for Kevin to make a single peep. As well as the time I have wasted in making calls to Kevin, to matt, to the realty company as well as filling out the tour requests online. I am no longer interested in the property, of course. So no need to worry, Kevin. Lory told me she forwarded Kevin my requests to tour the property - you can just CONTINUE to ignore those and explain to your client why their property hasn’t been rented out yet even though interest has been expressed.
