I can’t say enough about how great Blake has been through our home buying experience. He has many years of experience and knows a ton of people in the Pinellas Co area (other real estate agents, inspectors, local mortgage brokers, the list goes on). Blake knows the questions to ask the listing agents and at the end of the day he wants you to be so happy with your home. Also, Blake is not the first real estate agent that my husband and I have worked with. In comparison to people in the past, Blake has a proactive approach and is able to get us foot in the door just about anywhere, even in this crazy housing market. One other thing I’ll note about Blake is that even though we looked at several houses with him, if we expressed that we weren’t interested he would move right on to the next one and I appreciated that. There was no pressure to compromise just to make a sale. He genuinely cares about the people he works with. I would highly recommend Blake if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.

Blake has been truly amazing through our entire home buying experience. Blake did an outstanding job of navigating me thought the home buying process during this highly competitive home buying market of multiple offers and homes selling over asking price. Blake’s knowledge of the housing market and the area where instrumental in finding and securing the perfect house for me. Without Blakes expertise, I would probably still be shopping for a house vs unpacking in my new home.
