AVOID BNR! I think it stands for better not rent! This could not have been a worse experience. The host refused to resolve major issues with safety in the rental home. Amenities were missing. Random people came to work on the pool unannounced and scared kids out of the pool. She denied they came even after I shared photos. Pool water was filthy and filled with particles. I would never ever rent from BNR if this is their owner and this is the culture of this terrible company. Nicholette was incredibly rude, lied to us, and was quite possibly the worst person I’ve ever met in hospitality. AVOID BNR

First off, Nicholette and her team at BNR Concierge provide impeccable service, there is a reason she is a SUPER HOST!

As a Designer of Vacation Rental Homes, I have had the pleasure to work with Nicholette on 6 separate Vacation properties we designed. I have also refer BNR Concierge to ALL OF MY Air BnB Design clients who need a Property Manager and they all absolutely love her! Nicholette, the owner of BNR Concierge is exceptional and very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous!

When it comes to property management, she knows her stuff and will jump though hoops to take care of both her Property Owners and Rental Guests. Hosts can’t control when unexpected issues arise, but they can control how they respond to them and her service is great. BNR responds right away and are always helpful!

Nicholette is a very courteous and welcoming host, she is very responsive and takes are of things fast! She is very proactive prior to checking in and assuring that everything is as it should be. Her attention to details for what makes a vacation rental an amazing experience are spot on.

I HIGHLY recommend BNR Concierge- if you are interested in renting one of her properties, rest assured you are in great hands and will have a wonderful experience. If you own a Vacation Rental and are looking for a management company-you cannot go wrong with Nicholette and her team - her wealth of knowledge alone regarding the industry can help guide you in making some smart decisions!

Most professional and friendly people. I've had a good experience using BNR Concierge services. They did an amazing job with decorating and designing my Air BnB. They also are great with handling all the affairs and I don't have to worry about anything. She's done a great job!

They Love Storm

I had a great stay at this location. It was very homey & had room for everyone. It was also stocked with tons of cookware & especially towels. not forgetting that we were able to wash our clothes during our stay. It was very clean & everything was easily accessible. will definitely rent again!!!!
