Rick was patient, extremely knowledgeable, he worked with us for over a month, helped tremendously with the negotiation. The information he gave was 100% accurate. Buying from out of state, New York which is quite different, Rick gave us solid recommendations for an attorney and insurance. He made himself available more times then I can count to talk answer our questions over the 4 week negotiation and 4 weeks to close. He did the final walk through on our behalf, had a professional cleaning service go through the unit before our arrival. A few minor issues came up unrelated to the sale, he made himself available to help throughout our first few days including helping us move some furniture. I don't this deal could have happened without his involvement, I can not say or recommend him enough. We have been through many transactions in our life this has been by far the smoothest.

Unethical, Unprofessional, and Bullying Behavior – Avoid This Agent

My experience with [Agent’s Name] was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating real estate transactions I’ve ever encountered. Not only did this agent exhibit unethical behavior and a lack of accountability, but they also resorted to bullying tactics to push their own agenda.

Key issues included:

Breach of Privacy: They mishandled sensitive personal and financial information, violating trust and professional ethics.

Obstruction and Manipulation: They created unnecessary barriers to conducting thorough property walkthroughs and limited access to available listings, hindering my ability to make informed decisions.

Bullying Tactics: They used intimidation and coercion to influence decisions, making the process unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional.

Unfulfilled Commitments: Despite multiple promises to address issues, they failed to follow through, leaving critical matters unresolved.

This agent seemed more focused on personal gain and control than on acting in their client’s best interest. I strongly advise anyone seeking a reliable and ethical real estate professional to look elsewhere.

Look no further than Rick. He helped my mom over 7 years ago when she needed a document on the fair market value of her apartment after my father passed away. Rick happily did it which was a significant help to her at the time. Fast forward 7 years later and my mom insisted on using Rick to sell her apartment. Extremely unprofessional on the phone and rude. I called and left a message to which later he returned my call and said “someone called me what was it about”… I mentioned he had a property I was looking to lease for a food and beverage establishment to which he quickly said “I’m not entertaining this, goodbye” and abruptly hung up the phone.
