Prior to finding our house, he would walk through the homes that we were interested in. He'd call me and tell me the pros and cons of the house and any repairs or changes that may need to be made. Considering we live on the other side of the country, this was so valuable and appreciated. If we purchase another home in Florida Brian is our go to agent! We would highly recommend him.
