Nosotros tambien tenemos problemas con la compania. Q no areglan nada y te tratan mal. Quieres hablar con alguien encargado te dices q estan fuera areglando asuntos. Y el servicios al cliente muy maleducados y te tratan mal. Cuando no estan deacuedo con ellos

Do not rent from them… I stayed at 413 E Ave q7 & had an infestation of rats & mice caught 15 altogether. 1st report was 6 months prior they did NOTHING now half the entire building is infested. There is a hole outside of the building in the front near the front gate they get in & out from. Please find a better company to rent from. My family had to just up & leave our unit after 6 years because even after catching that many we still had signs of them being inside our unit.

The fact I have to give them a star is outrageous if it was up to me they would have a negative star ! This place is the worse property place I have ever rented from my garage was falling part growing MOLD for 10 months ,Within that time frame my AC was having issues as well just to get them to come out was nearly impossible i had to withhold my rent just to get them to come and fix my garage and AC unit. Now it’s my heater I have told them that my children suffer from severe asthma and still they will not do any repair in a Timely manner. I would not recommend anyone to rent from them .. they need to be sued and shut down !

I must say they have been good to me, Ac went out two years ago. It took two months to be replaced due to having to have a Crain lift the unit on top off rooftop. The installed a brand new unit. Called about the carpet having been worn out, which was installed when I first moved in. They replaced the carpet with wood flooring. I repainted the unit myself. But I’ve been in the same apartment unit going on five years.

BRIDGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ARE THE BIGGEST CON-ARTIST AND SLUMLORDS AND CRIMINALS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. IN I FEEL AND BELIEVE VALLEY OASIS IS WORKING WITH THEM. BECAUSE IF VALLEY OASIS WAS DOING POP UPS WHY WHY WOULD THE KEEP PAYING THEM RENT. PEOPLE WHO ALSO STAY IN MY APARTMENT ROB MY APARTMENT.

Horrible I had major back surgery a month prior to renting from them and while in recovery it has been hell first none of the doors have knobs and the basement has a big thing of calcium build up on wall with mold. Then while in recovery the floor is warping and I tripped over one of the tiles flew forward and broke my leg. When I told them about the smell and that I broke my leg cuz the floor is warping and tiles r coming up and floor sinking in and they told me I could leave and find somewhere with better accommodations. Smh then my toilet filled with shit and I’m on bed rest so called a plumber a licensed plumber and he said whole sewer line is backed up on the property and they refused to pay them so now my toilet is disgusting and smells the whole room and I’m here with kids who wake up everyday with a sore throat and boogers. I’m contacting a attorney and I suggest all of the people who left a review do the SAME

This company is the worse company in California. They do not come fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in. No matter how many times you call about the work oder. You will never reach or see or be allowed to talk to a manager or supervisor. Employees are very rude and well trained to LIE and they all say they are working on the work oder. My house is falling apart from the day I moved in plugs in the walls to the doors screens roaches Lots of spiders. No air no heat. I moved in January 21, 2024
And I'm still trying to get them to come fix the unit it's June 27, 2024 and still haven't fixed anything. And I don't believe they are. So I called Code Enforcement and the city of Lancaster. Hopefully they force them to fix the air and other things. And hopefully they get fined.

Horrible management, horrible customer service. I went over 5+ months with no water heater and had to take ice cold showers while pregnant. AC unit went out in the middle of summer when it was over a hundred degrees outside and it took them 2 months to come out and fix it, I had to bug them and call them nearly everyday till they came out to fix it. Black mold all over the apartment that was painted over when I first moved it and it ended up coming back. Roaches and spiders everywhere, I was pregnant waking up with a ton of spider bites all over my body and they would only spray some apartments but not all of them so if your apartment didn’t get sprayed then all the bugs will be in your apartment!
