My experience here thus far has been amazing. David played a key role in our decision to move in. He’s been great to work with! The staff are friendly and attentive to addressing any questions/concerns. The location is perfect and the community overall is very nice.

I usually don’t complain and keep a very low profile but things have really staggered for me here and have reached my limit. If you want no peace from the moment you sign you lease, move here and you will get:
- Old appliances that break within a week of moving in
- You need to constantly email about said appliances to be replaced
- Wait 2 months to have your microwave and dishwasher replaced
- Have the patio that took you weeks to decorate be taken apart because they need to do repairs
- Have said beautiful patio put back with no care and your decorations get damaged
- Have your peace taken away by repairs being completed all at the same time. Many apartment communities will plan their repairs/capital improvements over time, but not here. They schedule painting the entire complex (including balconies), resealing stair landings, and resurfacing all parking areas back to back. I appreciate improvements but not all back to back. It feels like we have been under repairs for months. So no peace.
- Have your car towed. Pay $500 and lose half a day of work to get your car back. They have no regard for the fact that there isn’t any other parking available while they do their repairs and will tow your car. No call. Nothing. Yes, they give notice, but what are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to park? There is no grace or a courtesy call.
- Upon moving in you are given keys to the main gate and common amenities, only to find yourself locked out when you try to get in and realize that there is no lockset. There is a keypad but they failed to give you the code. So you end up being locked out after trying to come back home when the gate is closed.
- Half your outlets won’t work
- The AC doesn’t have a set point so it will permanently keep your apartment at 63 degrees
- No care or empathy from management. All they want is their money on time and otherwise you don’t matter.

If all of this sounds like a dream to you, please live here. I’m moving out as soon as I can.

Sangeeta did an awesome job securing my lease and showing me around the property. I am moving into a lower unit. We went through the unit together and it was perfect. The Bridges community is very nice. All the staff are very friendly.

Look elsewhere, they'll provide decent rates for very old apartments, horrible gym and amenities. Will provide random costs after you end your lease and make sure you don't get any security deposit back. Instead of saving a few bucks in rent. Go to a better community.

The leasing office folks are rude and don't care (Rightly so, if you make them work on Sundays)

One of the easiest processes and move it's I've had probably ever. Amazing staff and absolutely wonderful move in specials! Front office is amazing.

We booked a tour online a week in advance, received a confirmation email, and drove all the way out from the East Bay in the pouring rain. Upon arrival are told there are no tours left for the day and there were no available apartments (despite what their website says, or the confirmation email). We were told it was our fault for not calling to confirm, because “other people also book tours”, and that means it our responsibility to have inside knowledge of their scheduling system. Literally makes zero sense, but here we are having wasted hours of our time.

Fair warning, make sure you call in advance even if you booked your tour online and have a confirmation email.

Looking for a new place to move in is definitely not fun. However, I had an amazing experience with this community and I feel it is important to share.
First positive aspect was the excellent customer service provided by David Cano and Tanya. Both possess one of the best customer service skills I've encountered while searching for a new place to live, and that is very much appreciated! Tanya who conducted my tour was very knowledgeable about the property amenities pros and cons.
Very clean and very comfortable well kept community! The apartments I toured were super clean!
Looking forward to move into my new place soon!

This place is amazing I definitely recommend staying here. Tanya was amazing but she is no longer working in the office. The community is nice and also quiet. Everything is locals as far as Trader Joe’s Other grocery stores, great local parks, the iron Trail.

But if you’re reading this please do not move in to building 445 apt 18 the the neighbors above this apartment are very loud and also have a child you won’t be able to work from home enjoy a nice dinner at home or even get a goodnight sleep because how loud it is and you might feel like the kid is going to fall through the roof. I have asked them several times to keep it down and also contacted the office. Nothing has worked so if you’re reading this please do not move into 445 apt 18
