Do not rent here. They are extremely shady and rude. I put a maintenance request in 3 months ago and it only got fixed about a week before I moved out. I was told that I had to pay an extra month of rent after I moved out and that I could write a letter to upper management about disputing the charges. However, when I got the email response back, it was NOT from upper management. It was from the property manager who said she would send it up to upper management.

This complex has TONS of silverfish. I MEANS TONS. LOTS of mold. Also, they charge their residents $55 a month to park there when often there are NO parking spaces past 5-6 PM. The walls are VERY thin. I had a drummer who lived above me and would play the drums everyday and throughout the night.

There are no amentities that come with the apartment, no washer/dryer, no WiFi, no pool, nothing. For the insane amount of rent that is charged, you would think there would be pretty good amenities.

Additionally, in July there was a MASSIVE FLOOD that went through my apartment and I was not compensated AT ALL for it. The management there is absolute trash and I even had a leasing agent curse me out on the phone.

The hallway smells horrible and wreaks of drugs. The mail system there is horrible. I’ve had multiple Amazon packages stolen.

Best part for last:

They did an inspection one day and I let them know in advance via phone that I had a cat. Tell me why after I come home from class I find my cat sitting outside of my apartment and the door unlocked?

Do not rent from Broadway Leasing.

This is the single most unprofessional real estate service in the state of Florida. The office phone rings incessantly and if they do answer the phone, not a single person wants to help. They smile when they want to rent you an apartment but once you move in, you hear every sound from each neighbor. Stephanie Donn is a paper pusher. Who knows who the manager will be once you move in. I am on my third manager since October 2017. Rent anywhere but from NoBay and Broadway Real Estate Services - you will regret it from the moment you move in. They have your car towed randomly and charge $2000 plus two months rent if you want to honor a fraudulent lease. You sign a form that says the apartment is fine only to find dust, dirty vents, clogged tubs and paper thin walls. Disgusting! Don't waste your time or money. This is the worst in the state!

He treats everyone with honesty and respect with the mission of having returning clientele. Definitely the guy for the job if you want to get things done!

When you leave they say you have 30 days to pay, then kick you out of the system so you have to pay extra money to get a money order to make the payment. The Broadway leading is a scam, they promise you things just to get you to sign a lease, then once you do, you never get the promised things. We have been repeatedly being told we are getting a new thermostat and they sung that tune since the beginning before signing the lease. I would stay away from this leasing company for apartments. They are just too much of a headache.
