My experience with Broker Brothers LLC was excellent. I dealt with Kathryn Zangrilli. My wife and I met Kathryn when we were purchasing our condo in Naples, FL. She represented the seller. After the sale, Kathryn offered her services, her contractors and renovation company if we ever needed a trusted contractor for improvements or services. We decided that we wanted to improve the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new hardware and new mirrors. Kathryn organized appointments for quartz countertops, and all other contractors we needed to complete the renovation. She came to our condo and together we selected all materials and services that met our needs, our likes and our budget. Her communication and responsiveness was impeccable. Kathryn doesn't just bring you a top real estate agent, but you also get an interior decorator and a renovation company with trusted contractors. She had all contractors ready to go and completed the project in one week. First I want to say that I'm also a realtor (in CA). My husband and I decided to sell our 2nd home in Naples, FL. I interviewed and checked out a number of realtors. I was not going to be in the area during the sale so it was very important for me to find someone very competent that I could work with long distance. So very pleased with my decision to go with Tony and Kathryn Zangrilli. Tony helped me price my place correctly with lots of good comps and advice. It sold in less than two weeks with great negotiating skills by Kathryn. She then took over with the day to day process to make sure it closed smoothly. Kathryn kept me well informed and stepped in when unforeseen problems popped up and also made sure my property and lanai items were okay when the weather turned bad. I don't know what I would have done without them. I've worked with many agents over the years and I must say that I was impressed with Kathryn. She is very organized, easy to reach and really knows her stuff. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this wonderful husband and wife team! They can handle ALL aspects if you're looking to sell, including the best way to stage it and get top dollar! Kathryn Zangrilli is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, personable and task oriented. We are snowbirds and she recently sold our condo while we were in our northern home. She took ownership responsibilities in our absence, moving the lanai furniture as necessary, and keeping the condo fresh for showings. Kathryn kept us informed with market updates and activity in our area. When we received an offer, she guided us through each step and always followed up in a timely manner. Our long distance closing of the property went smoothly.
We are buying another property, and with Kathryn’s superior negotiating skills we are under contract with terms we feel we would not have been able to achieve without her expertise.
