I would not recommend this company at all. The service is awful and the staff is inefficient. They waste your time and look for stupid excuses to deny you an apartment. Still having the money to pay a year's rent in advance, they did not accept my request. Do not waste your time with this company.

Esta es una compañía que sus empleados no revisan ningún documento de las pruebas que uno manda a mi novio le están cobrando casi 5000dólares de renta que supuestamente no a pagado cuando se les an mandado todas la pruebas cuando llama por teléfono siempre le dicen lo mismo que no están los money orden que no a pagado el apartamento está en malas condiciones la puerta no sirve solo tiene dos pernos casi se cae y no vienen a arreglar solo dicen si ya le dije al manager desde que le entregaron el apartamento nunca lo an pintado eso es en 89 15 Richmond hill 11418 pero para mandar cartas de aviso si son número uno oh y son tan si vergüenzas que las oficinas las tienen abiertas solo para empleados no para el público que dicen que por el COVID ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I should have ran fast from Brontein's Inwood 213th street location 5 years ago when we saw that the apartment was not ready for move in by the move in date (see photos of apartment with no stove installed, dust everywhere, missing shower head and broken toilet). Nevertheless, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Even after we were told that we would be credited some rent due to the apartment not being ready, the rent department (mainly a woman named Eneida) tried to fight us on it.

Three months later, we had our first of many plumbing issues, with dirt and gravel coming up the kitchen sink and water flooding the entire kitchen floor.

A week later, our super (Jean Carlo) let an "inspector" into our apartment without us knowing and when I got home I had lost over $2000 worth of fine jewelry. The super's response was nothing short of shady (see conversation screenshots) but still the crime was never solved due to lack of camera evidence from the building. I was promised the lost value would be returned to me by the management company but I never saw a cent! Not to mention that the same super is STILL employed at the building, business as usual.

In addition to this, we have had a variety of other issues, including ceiling leaks, cupboards falling down, mice and water bugs, intercom malfunctioning, loss of electricity, and most recently brown water coming through the faucets. I'm not sure when management will realize that fabuloso and paint will not solve all of the issues in this pre-war building. Management only responds to emails when they feel like it, and forget about reaching them by phone!

We finally moved out this week into a private house and could not have been happier to get out of that horrid building. In short, I recommend that you avoid Bronstein Properties at all costs!

Jeanette is fabulous! She spent a lot of time and energy helping us put the pieces in place to ensure our lease was generated in a timely fashion. She connected me with people who could help and even called back at the end of the day to make sure everything had gone as we hoped. She was reassuring and helped to ease my worries. She was very professional and caring throughout the process and we appreciate her help greatly.

Dealing with Bronstein Properties in *any* capacity, or their broker agency MNS, is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The people I dealt with were rude, dishonest, and very very obviously saw me not as a tenant but as a sponge which they can squeeze money out of.

I had to wait over a month, fight tooth and nail, and be my own lawyer (if you know what I mean) in order to get my security deposit back. This is despite paying rent on time every month, cleaning the place before leaving, finding a new tenant for them, AND paying an extra month of rent. What was my crime? Ending my lease early. How terrible of me.

I'm finally writing this review now, two months after I've moved out, because the check has cleared. I got my deposit back. I threatened escalations over and over, and they finally conducted a "further review of my account" and determined I was eligible for my deposit. How nice.

They will try to fight you at every turn. They don't want to deal with you. You shouldn't deal with them either. Please do yourself a favor and find a property owned by someone else. Also, know your rights no matter who your landlord is.

Considering all your bad reviews and tenant complaints. I am one of thousands. You can be facing legal matters, which I'm sure you have several cases now that I am looking into it. Your lack of professionalism, responsiveness demonstrates to tenants who pay their rent early and on time your lack of care and allow them to potentially be in hazardous living conditions. This is negligence to tenants well being and it is unacceptable. It is a huge lack of respect for your management company and this industry. A Property management as big as yourself that can facilitate and accommodate their tenants needs just decides not to! it is disappointing you don't take action to address and make things right considering your clear bad history and your reviews.I will make it my business to reach out to tenants and also reach out to these reviewers to collaborate and get as many signatures to take to court if you do not follow through. Please respond to my emails and other emails on these repairs and concerns.

This management recently took over my mom's rent stabilized apt. I noticed they have her building information incorrect on the billing. I have left numerous messages and have never received a call back. When I hold for operator I am disconnected. I have made a total of 8 calls to no avail. I can see this management company is going to be a challenge, to put it nicely.

After a few hiccups Brian Kreizel an important executive at BP personally contacted me, then walked me through the necessary steps making sure everything went through smoothly.
Having been hacked last year and this year, I’ve become so sensitive to any form of online communication but Mr. Kreizel went far beyond the call of duty providing his personal attention, thoroughly explaining everything where I must be one of ‘thousands’ he oversees in his position. Thank you Mr. Kreizel and thank you Bronstein Properties, my new Property Management Company.
