My partner received a letter from Mr. Ben Brenner that he had a buyer for our commercial property. Based on that I interacted with Ben and indicated that we were interested in selling the property and had some discussions about it. He brought in an offer and we accepted it. The contract had a "Due Diligence Period for the buyer". Ben worked very nicely with both the buyer and sellers and updated the contract as time progressed and finally closed the deal on time. Certainly I will highly recommend him for buying and selling any commercial real estate.

I am still hoping these guys will call me up and say....."look, we were just kidding, here's your money"
I paid a deposit for one of their units I wanted to lease and two weeks before moving in, my business visa was delayed so I notified them to put the unit back on the market.
They refused to give my deposit of $1,500 back. Talk about taking chances on a foreigner.
I happened to have also put down a deposit on a truck from a car dealership at the same time but when the dealership heard about my visa delays, the manager, Marc said to me..... "If I took your money for selling you nothing, in the business world I'd be called a shrewd businessman but in the real world I'd be inhumane, dead inside and a loser"
I say you can never be a better businessman (or anything at all) than you are a person.
