I believe that one of the biggest challenges in today's market of ever-changing interest rates and fluctuating house prices is walking away after the purchase and feeling that you actually got a "deal." Not only did Alfredo zealously represent us in our home purchase but we walked away feeling good that we got a deal and truly believe it too. My experience working with Alfredo Mayoral was amazing! My work schedule isn't like the ordinary or ideal work schedule and in the process of buying our home Alfredo always did his best to communicate with myself and my mom. If I got off work after midnight and I'd respond to an email or text message Alfredo was on it getting back to us ASAP, even to my replies when I'd be off work! He pays attention to detail when you express what you are looking for, and he knew I was personally looking for a home. He never pressured us into something we didn't like nor was he ever pushy when we looked at houses and he always made sure to get us answers if he didn't know them.
