Aquí vivo, es un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, limpio, cerrado ( sólo para los qué vivimos aquí) consta con piscina, gimnasio, salón de actividades, canchas, hermosos lagos, muy buena atención del personal en el club house, todos quedan maravillados al ingresar al mismo.

Maybe I will get a response here? I have been calling and emailing for 2 months as well as leaving messages on their portal. Nobody EVER responds! I have lived in Bent Creek for 14 years and my HOA fees come out of my Bank account every month and have NEVER been late!!! In September they switched banks and as soon as I was notified I gave the new bank my account info….they never took my next 2 payments and then sent a letter saying they would start drafting in December. I went on the portal and made the 3 payments online that were missed immediately! I am now being harassed for about $400 which includes the 3 payments plus a late fee on each and the best part is they are showing my December payment was credited on 12/03 but then on 12/11 they charged me a late fee for that of $25! These people are not fit to manage our community, can’t even contact them and they will not respond! It seems I will wait until they put a lean on my house and then I’ll embarrass them in a courtroom. Btw if anyone from there even looks at this (highly doubtful) you still owe me the new mailbox that I was promised about 18 months ago and also it’s about time you did something about the speeding before someone gets killed. Neighborhood is going downhill fast!!!

Pool area needs attention, pool needs a refinish and fix the missing pavers on the deck, put more new chairs and tables, I know we can have a better looking pool area, thank you!
