Second time we used these servers and they do a great job! We are process servers also, and at times have to contract with others if in a different county. These guys get em served. Our law firm is a creditor's rights litigation firm located in Memphis, Tennessee. Recently we filed a lawsuit against an individual who has a bit of a history of "skipping around". At the time we filed our case he lived in Memphis but before he could be served with civil process he moved to Mississippi. While additional process was being issued for him to be served in that state he left and made his way to the Florida Gulf Coast.

After the debtor was tracked to Florida we contacted a law firm on the Florida Gulf Coast to see who they recommended for serving civil process. Without any hesitation they immediately recommended Capital Solutions Legal Services and I can see why. With respect to our situation, Capital Solutions Legal Services was perfect.

We called Capital Solutions and discussed our situation with an administrative assistant who knew exactly what we wanted and needed although Florida law and procedure is a bit different from that of Tennessee. Following her instructions we mailed to Capital Solutions the packet of Tennessee court papers to effect service of process on the defendant in our case. Within days his exact location had been tracked down, he was personally confronted and then personally served with process with Capital Solutions keeping us apprised of their efforts by email messages. Needless to say, they met and exceeded our expectations.

Were we satisfied with the services provided by Capital Solutions Legal Services? Definitely! Would we use Capital Solutions Legal Services again if we have civil court process to be served along the Florida Gulf Coast? Again, definitely! Would we recommend Capital Solutions Legal Services to other law firms and individuals who have the need for service of civil process accomplished along the Florida Gulf Coast? Most definitely!

The one star rating was entirely too good for this company - but required by google. This place is horrible! Process server Bob is the rudeness, most unprofessional process server ever. He is a completely useless individual, that will try to bully you into allowing him to not have to do the work you paid him to do. Do NOT waste your time or money doing business with them.

My husband and I recently used Capital Solutions Legal Solutions to find and serve my step-daughter's mother who decided to take her and run away to Florida. He and I have been in a constant state of terror knowing that she was never going to tell us where she actually is and that we only had the limited resources. Bob Kimrey was absolutely incredible throughout all of this. He kept in contact with very detailed reports of what happened that day and how he was going actually find her. When he did, I was elated, and now we can move forward to bring her back home to us. I cannot express the levels this man went to to find this woman, above and beyond anything that was stated in the contract. I absolutely recommend this company!
