We cannot give adequate praise to our realtor Chris and the staff at Carbutti realtors for their efforts in helping us sell our home. From our initial phone call we knew we had made the right choice. Chris immediately went to work collecting information about our property. He was sure to carefully take into account everything we told him about our vision and desires for the home selling process. He went to work literally the next day with organizing the staging of our home and taking photos so the property could be listed. He was sure to inform us of everything as it was happening and made himself available to us at any time to answer any questions we had. Within days of our initial contact with Chris our property was listed online. This hit the ground running approach resulted in our property generating interest before the posting had even become official. By the end of the first few days we had so many people interested he was able to arrange a showing for the following weekend. Chris' adept ability at showing our property resulted in us receiving an offer higher than our projections in less than 10 days of our initial phone call. To say that we are pleased is an understatement! We are absolutely blown away in every respect by the service we received from Chris!
