I’m an owner at Bell Tower Park. I’ve attended either live, mostly, or digitally since our purchase. We pay significant fees and really don’t mind because we like it here and enjoy the facilities. However, I find the manager severely lacking. He talks incessantly, doesn’t and questions but rather goes on and on around the topic of the question trying to impress everyone with his knowledge which most often is irrelevant to the discussion. This is an annoying trait but the real issue is things just don’t get done. Whatever the issue it drags on and on with the same lame excuses.

Handymen, maintenance people, cleaning crews! All great! In 20 years, we never had a bad experience.

A horrible company.....We have had over five companies in my development so far. Cardinal Management ( out of Naples) has by far been the worse. The current CAM we have ( Cardinal changes them like i change underwear) does put on long hours, doing what I don't know. I have written time and time again about illegal renting and she turns a blind eye. Will not address the written correspondence as that would prove she is aware. Poor customer service as well......The Office should be able to provide us with the proper telephone numbers of Utilities for instance. They don't have them !! Covenants routinely ignored by this CAM as well as past CAM.

A better company was Compass Management that we had before them!

Terrible!! DO NOT WORK FOR! We have done work for a number of Property Managers, but these are by far the worst. They have used us for repair services for quite a few months and sent a decent amount of work, but take MONTHS to pay. They approve work and pricing but then the invoices get rejected. Fingers are pointed in all different directions, and they are not worth working for!! STAY AWAY!

Please note, the only 5 stars are given by Cardinal's employees: Joshua Myers, Katelyn Veenschoten, Angela Bagdzinski! They evaluated their own performance and they gave themselves 5 stars! All clients are given them one to two stars. How sad is that?!

Our community hired Cardinal Company back in April of 2017. They were ok first couple of months but then things went down the hill. Very unprofessional personnel and, as someone mentioned already, Stewart Carter, who runs Naples office, is rude and doesn't hold his employees accountable for their work. Our first CM was very good and knowledgeable. She had to leave due to illness. It took over a month for Stewart Carter, to notify our community that she left. We kept on sending emails with no response. Stewart Carter assigned a new CM, she came to one meeting and then disappeared. Following her and new CM Joshua Myers was assigned to manage our community. Joshua didn't attend one landscaping walk thru, we never saw him on site. He sends long emails but doesn't get anything done. Please note that he and two other employees gave Cardinal five stars! This is just unbelievable! UPDATE: after less than four months we have a new CM assigned to manage our property!

Lisa Schwegel, she is a supremely rude person, unprofessional and irresponsible,
Been calling, sending emails to her-them for over a month to come and fix some issues that are causing problems outside of the condo, she -they never returns calls or emails, we pay for our association and all these people who work Cardinal Management fiddlers Creek, being specifically so why we have to beg, Lisa-them to provide us with the services we need and pay for it

They have been my home watch company for almost 25 years in 2 different homes in Naples. I wouldn't have stayed with them if there were any issues at all.
