Unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely unresponsive. I've been trying to resolve an issue for over a year with minimal response from my rep. I've left multiple emails and phone calls. Sometimes he replies sometimes he doesn't. I've already had contractors from the management team come to my condo and provide an outcome to the HOA indicating IT IS their responsibility and nothing so far.. ... I pay my HOA every single month on time and this is unacceptable. My quality of living has been impacted and they don't care.

Liesl with Cardinal Management Group has been awesome! I was having a bad experience with the previous Condo management company as a first time home owner, and when Cardinal took over I was not sure what to expect. They took care of all my concerns in a timely manner and always had good intentions to go above and beyond! Thank you!

Arrogant; non-communicative; manipulative; and so much more. Problem is they know they are doing things wrong, but they just don’t care. Costs to homeowners is unknown but definitively higher than it should. Company has been sold so possibly the new owners will clean house and get true professionals

I have been a resident of the Stonegate building at 13347 Connor Drive in Centreville VA since 2017. Over the years, the HOA office has often been more of a hindrance than a help, creating problems instead of resolving them. However, Raquel Ramos has completely transformed this experience. She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. Raquel is truly the best thing that has happened to our HOA, and I am grateful for her. I sincerely hope she stays with us for a long time! Thank you so much for your exceptional professionalism, Raquel! You truly deserve a five-star rating!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very happy with State College Collective. We have been living here for 3 years now and things have been good. Our townhome is a little dated along with the appliances, but overall happy with the neighborhood. It would be nice if we can get some upgrades to the townhome, but I believe they only do upgrades if you move out. That is unfortunate because moving is too much of a hassle.

Sofia in accounting had a very bad attitude. Replied curtly when I said that they have my email because I have been receiving emails from HOA mgmt. No wonder the reviews mostly are one star.
She does not belong in customer service.

Not a good company. Abuse of power. I don't actually think they understand or know virginia law at this company or their employee hired are unaware or untrained. Either way a company that is happy to make a quick buck without actually understanding what they're doing. They don't try to aim for a positive interaction. It's all about money even if they are wrong which is majority of the time.

If I could give minus stars I would do so. Every time it rains we live with this disease pit in front of our home. Cardinal no longer even reply to my emails expressing concern, but quickly sent a letter today stating our children cannot play on the roads/parking areas. Cardinal also enjoying sending letters telling you to cut your grass 3 weeks after they took a picture. The level of customer service is disgraceful and I honestly plan to move as soon as possible.
