Carol was introduced to us in 2006 as the listing agent during the complicated purchase of a historical home we bought in Collinsville. We were so impressed with her ability to bring understanding and compromise to both sides of the buy/sell transaction, we ended up trying to hire her to replace the sales agent on our (then current) home after becoming disenchanted with what we felt were dishonest practices of our current agent... Carol politely declined, despite it being all upside for her, instead suggestion we allow her to co broker WITH our current agent sale, which we accepted (our home immediately sold with her involvement)!

After rehab on the new property in Canton we reached out to Carol as she had asked us, wanted to see our transformation. Granted we undertook a pretty extensive job and the property itself was an amazing piece of land with outbuildings, etc, but true to who Carol is, she walks in and with tears in her eyes she expressed such an overwhelming love and appreciation to us for sharing the transformation of this 250 yr old property with her. I will never forget this look she had before hugging us with congratulations!

She has since been involved in the buy and/or sale of 8 additional properties for me, both in town and out (2nd home/ investment properties). I feel so strongly about what she brings to the table, I've brought Carol in 2 times when I had already found a property and settled on a sales price, simply because I know she will ALWAYS be looking out for my best interested right up until after the close. Carol is INSANELY passionate about protecting her clients, including when it doesn't benefit her (like each time she's advised me to walk away from high stakes investment properties after complicated inspection results and/or hidden contract terms that previously went unnoticed by both myself and my attorney).

As a result of the decades of work we've done together, I consider her a friend. But more than that, she is one of the most genuine, incredibly big hearted people I have ever met! Bar none!
