I stayed for an extended stay of several months and then renewed I was so pleased! The view is incredible from the dock just outside my door and so are the tropical breezes off the water surrounding the building. The quaint, clean remodeled buiding is down a quiet Isle just off Las Olas Blvd. It is the perfect location!! I often walked or took a shuttle to the shops and Restaurants on Las Olas Blvd in the morning,noon and for the nightlife. The beach just was a few minutes away on A1A. The Fresh Market and several pubs and hip coffee shops are 8mins drive north through a beautiful neighborhood. I'm going back!!! Thank you for taking great care of me and my occasional visiting friends and family. You've thought of everything!!

Love this property! We stayed here for seven months while our place was being renovated. Great location - right on the water and very close to Las Olas restaurants and the beach. Very quiet and clean property. Our unit had water views from every window. If you need a nice place to stay in Fort Lauderdale, look no further. I highly recommend it for short- or long-term rentals.

not real place... BEWARE! as you will be scammed. booked 3 months prior to flying out there and couldn’t get a hold of them for check in. a week prior to arriving they told us they were closing down and couldn’t honor. immediately reported to credit card as fraud... horrible customer service
