Casago has been managing our vacation rental property for three years. They are an excellent company to deal with. Our property is almost always rented. Jennie is wonderful to work with! I could not recommend Casago more! I was a long term renter from them in a beautiful house in Summerland for many years. Not only are they incredibly responsive to any issues with the property (which were very few and far between), the staff at Casago, specifically Spencer, Jennie, and Bento, are such kind amazing people. You will absolutely be taken care of throughout the entirety of your stay. If you are looking for a property management company, Casago is the only team I would trust as well. I'm very grateful for the best years of my life that were spent at their property, as well as the incredible communication, reliability, and service I received throughout the years.

Great company! Can’t say enough about their professional and “on it” attitude. Superb managers and they run a vacation rental to the tee. After stay inspections, housekeeping cleaning and all of the rest completed seamlessly. Jennie was a pleasure to work with. Both transparent and professional. Highly recommend!!

We are going into our 2nd year of working with Casago in Santa Barbara, California, and I am so happy with our experience. Our condo, La Vida Riviera, has been continuously booked with reservations, and our renters are extremely impressed with the service of Casago, and especially my property manager, Jennie Strait. Jenny helped me with listing my property, making sure that it’s best features shine, emphasizing our proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and the ocean, to our amenities, and upkeep. I’m very proud of our condo, located steps away from downtown Santa Barbara, and Jennie makes sure the property is taken care of, and maintained beautifully. I would highly recommend Jennie Strait, and Casago to take care of your property, and to help you look for the right property to rent for your next vacation.

We recently stayed for five weeks at a Casago-managed downtown Santa Barbara condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and equipped, and perfectly maintained. The pictures and description on the website that we looked at before renting were 100% accurate. It was a pleasure arranging the rental and otherwise working with the property manager, Spencer. We also enjoyed working with Kevin, our home manager, who met us at check-in to show us around the property, and was readily available to us during our entire stay. We would highly recommend Casago without hesitation.

Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals manages our property in Santa Barbara. He is fabulous! He and Kevin keep the place in wonderful condition, find qualified renters, and manage all aspects of the short-term rental process. Spencer is very good at keeping in touch with us, and works hard to keep everything going smoothly. It’s so nice to have them looking after our condo for us, and finding people to rent it who take such great care of it. My experience with Spencer from Signature Vacation Rentals in Santa Barbara has been fantastic. He is friendly, informative and upfront about the house and our lease agreement. Their office has been very prompt with any answering any questions or helping us with any fixes at the rental. We are currently in one of their long term lease properties and it's been amazing so far! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation or long term rental.
