Tom Germano was the best realtor i have ever met! He really made my experience buying a house amazing. I’m a first time home buyer and the first realtor i was working with originally told me i would never get this house, 1 call to Tom and he helped me every step of the way. I gotta say an FHA 203k loan is a very lengthy process, but he was there by my side through the whole thing! And officially got the house February 2nd 2022! We have been dealing with CB Issac for five years now and couldn't be more pleased with every staff member there. Everyone is so friendly and treats you with respect, and kindness. We have been working with Jessica Genhold as our property manager and she is amazing. She is quick to find what you are looking for, offers her opinions when asked for them, and always finds the best deals possible. When renting, Jessica is very quick to address any problems and bends over backward to make sure her tenants are being taken care of. Ten out of ten recommend! We couldn't think of anyone else we would rather deal with then Jessica and CB Issac in Melrose!

Without solicitation, I wanted to stop by and give a raving review about my experience with Jessica Genhold of CB Isaac Realty. We were an out of town couple seeking to purchase our retirement/vacation home. Jessica was recommended to us and she did not disappoint! She was very thorough, friendly and patient. We almost dragged her around Central and Northern Fl to find our home. Of the two of us, it was my first home buying experience. It required a lot of video calls and flights to and from Florida. Nonetheless, she explained everything that concerned me. Even when the bank and title company were disorganized, she made calls on my behalf. Thank you so much Jessica for your help!
