This place is an absolute joke of a management company. They have a literal God of reality TV living in one of their buildings, and they refused to fix a broken pipe. That’s causing a leaky ceiling after two months, which I’m sure is causing health issues that the lawyers will make sure they pay for. Did you think you would get away with this? No you’re gonna get smoked!!!

Watching the movie “The Boston Strangler” and was reminded of the time i was renting from this company and had a man show up at my door claiming to be a repairman, whom i was not given any advance notice of, who put his foot in my door and tried to force his way in to my apartment scaring me half to death because he couldn't wait a moment for me to call and confirm with the company that he was supposed to be there so he left, and the centennial evicted me because they claimed it cost them money. I write this review to implore the company to change their business practices, have consideration for their tenants and see things from both perspectives instead of acting out of hate, absolute corruption, control and greed. I had every right to be scared by an unannounced man trying to put his foot in my door and force his way in.
Response to centennials reply: thats a very long lie of an explanation, but thats what you do you lie to protect yourself and victimize your tenants. Don’t walk run from this place, and i don’t know who tara is but i said frankly my dear i dont give a damn to everything involved with this place. Its funny to me that you don’t focus on being a better property management company and treating your tenants better to improve your well deserved 3.3 star rating and instead continue to focus on lying.

I rarely take the time to review companies, good or bad, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this property management firm. It's clear to me that they have no remorse or empathy for anyone. I consider myself to be a perfect tenant. Low maintenance, pay on time and watch out for my neighbors. I am also a clean freak, so when I left my apartment, it was far cleaner than when I moved in.
I signed a month to month lease, with the understanding that if I move out prior to 10 months that of occupancy I would incur an "administration fee". This is just a fancy term for them to take $800 from you on top of your security deposit.
I had a month left before I hit my 10 months and I had to move again for work and family matters. I alerted them in plenty of time and asked if they could negotiate on the admin fee. I received a flat out no. So, I ate that cost.
I then did the walk through at the last day of my lease. The person that did it commented on how clean everything was. He then started telling me the cupboards needed touching up. The ones he pointed out had some wear on them, but these were cupboards I had not used during my time. He said it would need some painting, but it wouldn't be too much.
I tried explaining that I had not used those cupboards, but he didn't care to listen.
15 days later, I received a portion of my security deposit via mail. Over $150 was charged for these minor touch ups.
Aside from the one person I worked with there, the company is one of the worst I've encountered. The reviews on each website do not lie. I moved in sight unseen as I had to relocate for work the first time.. I'll never rent from them again if the opportunity presents itself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If you are reading this than you must have a brain. DO NOT rent from this place. The little man (Kurt) that sits in the office is a crazy nutter. A real D-BAG. I heard stories that if you complain (about anything even small things) that he would kick you out, well it's true. I rent rented one of his S-Hole apartments and after a month of living there needed to move out because they do not care about the conditions of the property after you rent it. My wife found mold that they painted over and plumbing issues that have never been taken care of. AND the bugs! We called and ask to have someone come by and spray for bugs and the fat women that works there just laughed. I didn't know that with mold you bugs yes nats and bugs like them love it and we found out the hard way.
SO, after the second sewage flood to my neighbors (yes poo water) I want to move out, but couldn't because of my lease and they said that I would lose my deposit and have to pay the remaining rent,(10 months of it) even though it was making me sick to live there.
I read a review that said that if you complain this dick would kill you out so my wife and I started to complain. A LOT! And it worked, if they give you a 30 day they have to give you your money back all of it. The deposit that is.
It was great to beat him at his game, and to see him scream and turn red in the office.
Kurt I hope you read this and know that you are short and stupid!

I've been with Centennial since 2000, that within itself shows that my experience has been a great one. The office is warm and professional, they are prompt in maintenance calls, I've always been treated fairly and with respect. Centennial has always taken PRIDE in their properties and I have recommended them to friends that are looking for a great place to live!
