CFLPM has managed out property in Winter Park for a number of years and has done a fantastic job. We're out of state so it is extra important to have a local team that you trust and this team is excellent. We own a number of rental properties in other markets and work with a handful of property management companies. CFLPM has been top of the list. Steve is an excellent owner and always available needed. We wanted to make special mention of Jamis Godwin who has been our primary contact for the last few years. He is the most responsive property manager I have worked with and has always gone the extra mile to ensure your property performs as well as possible. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a second to recognize Megan Bish! The first introductions from emails to phone calls she was very professional. When we had any issue I never felt that I was bothering her at any given time. She always made everything feel like it was going to get taken care of. Plain and simple if the rest of the office is like her, they are hands down the last property managers you will need if that is what you are looking for. That being said I can only speak to her as we were tenants. To Megan I appreciate your professionalism, care, understanding, empathy towards everything you do.
