I would not recommend Sally Gartner as a realtor.
I moved here from Michigan and was told by her “contractor “ husband he would work his “magic “ on my condo.
After shelling out 11,000 to Alan Gelade ( her husband) the work is not completed in my condo.
I also found out that Alan Gelade is not a licensed contractor, however he did manage to hire people he did not know from Home Advisor for $5000.00 , I’m still out 6000.00 dollars and didn’t appreciate the fact that Mr. Gelade let people into to my home that I was not unfamiliar with or had no say so in acquiring my house key.
If, you ever meet these shysters run.. do not walk.
I have given Mr Gelade multiple times to return a portion of my money but to no avail. Unfortunately know they are both looking at a lawsuit.

I was a buyer involved in the purchase of a property that was listed by Jennifer Birdsong. She was not my agent but was a primary party to this sale. Unfortunately Jennifer and her seller acted in bad faith throughout the sales process in the following ways:
1) The agent pressured our agent to mandate that we utilize an inspection that they provided and reduce our review period to 3 days or they would not accept our over asking price offer.
2) The seller allowed her client to fail to make repairs that were agreed upon in writing because the seller deemed them too expensive AFTER they placed it in writing that they would make the repair. Replacing the smoke detectors is the issue at hand. The repair was not costly for us to make, however Jennifer allowed her client to back out of a contractual obligation and expected up to pick up the cost.
3) Back to the first item. Upon taking up residence at the location it was clear that the AC was failing. It would turn on and immediately off. Either the listing agent and seller knew there were issues and failed to report it in the disclosure or the seller did not divulge to the listing agent. Additionally, no such flaws were listed in the inspection report provided by Golden Rule Home Inspections. No photos of the moldy, rusty, failing AC unit were included in the report. After the bad faith backing out of replacing the smoke detectors, I am under the impression that this was not included on purpose to avoid expense falling back on the seller.

Very disappointed and I would not do business with this agent.
