I have met the broker on multiple occasions, she is extremely down to earth. Growing up in the industry I have seen my share of real estate professionals and this office is at the top! I just finished my first month renting a house from Century 21 Ryan Realty and this is my experience thus far:
+ I was promised all issues found with the property would be corrected in a timely manner. Some I was promised would be resolved before I moved into the property and were not.
- HVAC smells soiled. I was told this would be taken care of before I moved in and as soon as I signed lease. I pushed back and they told me it was fixed so I signed having believed this was the case. The only work that was done was a man came by and sprayed mildew / odor repellent on my coils after I moved in that I know of. He also mentioned I may want to spray bio fresh once a month to keep mildew and mold smells down. Also the air filter was replaced mentioning this could be the cause of the smell with one that keeps falling out.
- No one has yet come to the property and I am still without: Microwave, Internet, Washer and dryer capabilities, and no fence built (helped used to push me to sign lease) to a house said to have all new appliances and just completely re done.
+ Haven't be able to get in contact with my Century 21 Realty rep (Natalie Ryan) to get definitive dates to have these issues resolved. I have been very patient waiting a month for these issues to be resolved. No action has been taken or communicated with me to have resolutions.

I wish I would have looked up reviews prior to signing on with Century 21 Ryan Realty. I hope some take that time I didn't to look at their reviews. Along with what I am dealing with now, it now looks like it is going to be a struggle to get my security deposit back even and I will leave the house nicer than I arrived.

I have never written a review, but I felt it necessary to do this for future tenants of Century 21 Ryan Realty. In hopes you do not have to deal with the same trouble I am having to deal with now.

We rented a townhouse almost 2 years and when we vacated we had the unit and the carpet professionally cleaned. We provided receipts for the cleaning and even "donated" a washer and dryer to them. But they gave us back only $800 out of our $2000 deposit charging us for cleaning, carpet cleaning, light bulbs, A/C filter, and paint. In order to prevent something like this from happening, I requested a walk-through to take place on our last day but they refused. Now I have to take them to small claims court and prove the place was clean. UPDATE: after doing my research and writing them a very detailed letter they refunded the remainder of our deposit. Stars changed from 1 to 3.

Great company to do Business with, this Business with the Employees anyway always friendly and helpful anyway possible even if they can't help you just in that Secend and ask if you could call them back in a view or leave your Phone number and Name so that someone can get back with you...I left my Phone number and 5 Minutes maybe if that they called so a great office always on top and always Busy...I can't say enough about them and the experience I had dealing with Century 21 Realty and I know that I am not easy to please and always Call or text for every little thing...I just have to say ...THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ALL ARE AMAZING AND WE LOVE OUR HOME AND IF WE EVER HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN....GOD HELP ME...LOL....YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE I WOULD CONTACT TO BUY A HOME AGAIN....THANK YOU....

We met Melany Hathcock by chance when we were interested in purchasing a 'fixer upper' to flip not too far from our house. She was super professtional and quickly understood the type of property we were looking for. Melany showed us a multitude of possible flip properties and was very patient as we would make offers that would not quite meet the sellers expectations.

We got to know Melany over time and then randomly asked her to tell us what she could sell our home for. She sent such a thorough proposal that we quickly decided to list our home with her and we had our first offer in 24 hours! We were pleased but shocked and had to shift gears back to buying again very quickly. She once again stepped up to the plate and showed us 'many' potential homes which was no easy feat in the short time we had to find one! Needless to say, we were very stressed out. Melany remained professional amidst our stress and always did her best to easy our minds. I would recommend her over and over!!
