Century 21 selling Paradise realty is about as dishonest as it comes. I was representing a buyer and the real estate commission was not shared equally in the transaction. The seller had a responsibility to continuing operating the rental property in its current state and they let the tenants use security deposits as rent and supposedly the tenants were paying rent and in fact they weren't. If you're a buyer's agent beware and do your due diligence because they don't disclose anything and in my 30 plus years of having a real estate license are not honest or transparent.

I read another review that said Bonnie Lackey was dishonest in that transaction as well. It was her that represented the seller in this transaction. I've only met two agents in 30 years that I would refuse to business with and this is one.

I signed a contract with this company and they NEVER did an open house. The agent was combative with any suggestions I had, and she was rude! After 3 months of them sitting on their thumbs I ended the contract. They had the brass to charge me the full cancellation fee without doing a thing for me. I even had to provide them some pictures that featured an outstanding quality of the house! When I requested my key back, they held on to it even after I called them and requested it to be mailed. Finally a friend of mine went in and asked for the key. They claimed they had mailed it. My friend said she would return Monday morning with a police officer if we did not have the key by first thing Monday. Guess what appeared in the mail, THE KEY! There is no way I could recommend this company! The company's name should be Not Selling Paradise by con artists. Bonney Leckie needs a class on professionalism and common courtesy!
