I would not recommend renting here or at any “Milford Properties” location. Management is non responsive when issues with the building come up. I lost heat and power during the winter due to a problem with the wiring and was ignored by management. They don’t seem to understand or care. Also, when I moved in the unit was dirty and clearly hadn’t been inspected - look at the pictures from when I moved in. The hall closet was damp and had all kinds of grime caked on.

I have been a resident at Milford Chase for the past year, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. This apartment building has exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, Milford Chase provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The convenience of having everything within walking distance has made my daily life much more enjoyable.

Jasmin, don't you work for the Spinnaker?
Anyone looking at these apartments should be aware of the event that took place on corner of housatonic ave and west main st at the end of July. Also the basements here are wet due to the fact that the insulation is beneath the pipes and HVAC ducts. This creates condensation, causing all the insulation to get wet and smell like mildew. If you like breathing in mildew, contact The Spinnaker.

Do not rent this apartment! THIS IS THE WORST BUILDING! You can hear unbearable noise from upstairs. Every footsteps from upstairs are cracking sound. Do not rent downstairs.
