Chris Eckert and his team are truly Amazing! I was referred to Chris by a very good friend as I was in the process of settling my parents’ estate. Selling my childhood home was the most emotional and hardest part of this process. Chris and his team were very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding throughout this entire process. Chris managed all of the necessary repairs that needed to be done (floors/painting/landscaping/electrical/plumbing etc. He and his wife even took time out of their weekend to add some nice garden touches to my parents’ yard and water the plants. He kept me updated daily on the progress and everything worked like clockwork. Everything was explained to me in great detail from listing to closing, which made this process stress free and smooth.
Michele, his assistant, is absolutely amazing. She kept me well informed of each process and created a timeline calendar of events that were taking place on a given day and instructions on what I needed to take care of. She is very sweet and goes above and beyond for her clients. She truly cares.
The home sold very quickly with multiple bids way over asking price. I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their great service. Chris and his team are my go-to relators. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know who is in need of a relator. At the end of the day, I have met some really great people who I consider “friends”.
