From the beginning of the home buying process to the end, Tina Muracco was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming from out of state to SWFL, we didn't know the area well but knew what type of community we were looking for. Tina was very knowledgeable and not only helped us to narrow down our search, but was extremely organized and presented us with an itinerary of properties to see each day. If we wanted to see a property for a second time, she was happy to do it. Tina never made us feel rushed or pressured, and we could tell that she really cared that we find the perfect home. She provided us with any information we needed, and was extremely responsive. Through the contract and negotiation period, Tina was a pro. From explaining the FL contract nuances to offering creative suggestions for both parties to come to agreement, her expertise was invaluable. Even when problems were discovered during walkthrough just prior to closing, Tina didn't rush to close-- she helped us through the issues until we were satisfied with the outcome.
