These guys took over management of the shopping plaza we are located, and they are far and away the worst management company I have ever done business with. Countless emails, phone calls and letters, and they have responded to zero of them. Unbelievably poor customer service.

We provide services to various Ciminelli properties in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. No matter the request, whether it's from the onsite building engineers, property managers, or even the VP, their main concern is always to satisfy the tenants' needs as quickly and easily as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to lease a space. I would also advise any vendor contacted by Ciminelli for service requests to say yes!! They are easy to work with and understand the service industry and what it takes to get things done.
