Great experience with Ken Cox. Proffessional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. As a property owner I was able to get a rental unit rented in a week with Ken. He knows the area very well and knows how to get the best tenants. I am sure the negative reviews on here are from tenants that did not qualify for a rental, unfortunately. Peace.

I lived here from 2015 to 2017, and my experience over all was if not the best with management. Yeah sure 29 is a very uncomfortable environment during the summer, but getting past the swamp cooler it is a very nice place to live. Ken Cox is very professional and will work with you and will be sure that you get what your looking for and is very supportive. I will give them 5 stars.

I like Cindy Mark but her decision to hire Kenny Cox as her property manager is going to be detrimental to her business as Kenny Cox is a lying incompetent property manager!!! After my rental was completely destroyed he lies about the details. Stay far far away from Kenny Cox!!!

Absolute terrible experience with this business and would never recommend doing business with this company to anyone. My significant other and I filled out applications, both have very high credit scores and the finances to rent one of the properties we were looking at. When there was a miscommunication about additional paperwork needed, the realtor Kenneth Cox (who never once told us his name or introduced himself to us in person nor over the phone) was immediately impatient, insulting and rude without reason. The woman at the desk (who also never gave us her name) tried to deny me my information back and said it was policy which is completely false. I asked for the contact information of the business owner and was denied that as well. The entire experience with Cindy Mark realty was extremely unprofessional and they lost great potential tenants for the home owner.

I had a great rent price but the maintenance was a bit slow. When the swamp cooler breaks, it's a big deal. No other issues.

I rented from them for about 14 months and never had an issue with the management. I have rented from other agencies in the area and have had very poor interactions. The home was in good condition when I started the lease and any maintenance issues were promptly dealt with.

i am a tenant of theirs and I had a couple issues w the swamp cooler and a window this week cindy and mark reality responding very quickly within a day.. i had my window fixed and swamp cooler done asap..thank u Cindy and Mark Realty for the quick response and dealing w the issues..

This woman tried to slander Marion Poindexter over the not so credible word of a Regie Macatee. He is a *** liar and I would welcome his response. I am a material witness to his lies and propaganda against Marion Poindexter,. Keep it up Reggie , you may wind up in court. Be careful
