I am in Jackson MS. The only part of the company i am happy with is the fact that they seem to respond to maintenance requests that are filed digitally but that is the only good thing. I have not been able to talk to a person in the 4 months they have been managing our property and i have left multiple messages and not one has been responded to. They are now saying that i owe rent or will be evicted. The reason they think we owe is due to en error but i cant even get ahold of anyone to try to get it fix. I also hasd the same issue as others where i cant pay with my bank and so had to send checks the first 2 months and then they added something to my account where i could use credit card for 40 extra dollars. Supposedly im under a lease that was written on Dec 1st too but i have never recieved a copy of it nor did i actually sign anything. They asked if i wanted to sign one, i said yes, and havent heard from them since.

I was impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and diligence that Kirby and the Cision Realty team provided. Finding the right rental property seemed like an uphill battle… unavailable properties, confusing HOA restrictions, unresponsive agents, and even some online scams are just a few of the challenges I experienced while searching for a rental property on my own. Kirby was able to quickly find us a great rental home and did a great job explaining all of the relevant details. I would highly recommend Cision Realty if you are looking for a place to rent in Naples, FL. I worked with Kirby Richard and could not have asked for an easier person to work with. I was being relocated for work from Cincinnati to Naples and he made it easy not only to find a place to rent, but also made it an easy transition by always being available if anything came up (even after moving in). Kirby has been the best realtor I have worked with and was far better then the rental companies I used in Cincinnati.

Horrible. If 0 stars were an option, I’d choose that. It’s been weeks since I applied for a property, and after calling. Every. Day. Still nothing. No answer, no email. Nothing. There’s even a “local office” listed in my area, and nobody is there, so I’m confident that the website is lying. Also, this company is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I’m pretty sure this whole company is a scam. I’ve tried to be gracious and patient, but this is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. It’ll save you the application fee and weeks of unresponsiveness and stress.

I live in Jackson, MS and I been having problem since they took over our property. When it’s time to pay rent they only take out portion and then sent a email saying you owe when it’s they fault they didn’t take the whole amount out. Also I been having problem paying online my payment never goes through. They sent me a link to pay it which charge $30 fee to use a card since they bank account system was down. Never response to my calls or email when things need to be fix unless I say I’m taking them to court or not paying rent.

I have been very displeased. I've been trying to contact someone concerning plumbing problems which causes water to leak all over the floor when using my washer. No one has responded. I don't know whether to believe this is a legit company or not. My next step is taking them to court because none of this is right.

I live in Jackson, Ms. I've been having problems with plumbing and all other sorts of issues from the moment my family moved into this property I can never reach anyone in the office, emails never answered , never receive receipts of payment I've never been able to log into the rental portal my husband and I are coming out of our own savings just to get things fixed to be comfortable my next move is paying an attorney I'm just sick of it
