Paco was legit the best title person to work with. He took into consideration that I was purchasing from out of town and didn't waste my time with crazy emails and details that would take my time away from my very busy work schedule. He know what I needed and wanted to happen for the purchase of two condos and he made it happen. Straight forward, one email telling me how much to send, and another telling me it was done and closed. I love when people can just get things done without me holding their hand and wasting my time with back and forth emails. He rocks and I highly recommend him!!

Friendly, but not reliable. Would not use these guys ever again and will advise friends against using them as well. All seemed like it was going well. Then about 36 hours before closing, we get notified that something is missing, and it's needed to close. This is after having been told more than 2 weeks earlier that we were good to go with everything. That turned into a back and forth between the title company and mortgage broker with both pointing fingers at each other, neither addressing how to resolve the issue. We were finally told we'd be good to go, so we made the 15 hour drive to Panama City so we could close. When we showed up at our scheduled closing time, we had to wait an extended period of time because the title company didn't have all the paperwork ready. They didn't tell us that, they just let us sit in the waiting room. But our mortgage broker called and told us he just got a call from them, asking for documents that he had sent days before. All this while we're in the other room waiting. At that point it was very obvious that the issues we encountered were because of this company. We managed to close on the house and hoped that would be the last of the problems from Clear Title & Escrow. Nope. Received an e-mail, 3 weeks after closing, from my insurance company saying they never got paid. And to make matters worse, a hurricane just happened to be ready to hit Panama City later that day. That's not a good feeling wondering if you even have insurance when a hurricane is about to hit. Turned out it did get paid and we were covered. Should not have taken as long as it did. These are NOT the things you want to deal with when buying a house. Don't use them.
