We found a beautiful home and we are very happy! Clint helped us a lot during the entire process. We had an overall great experience and service. One great experience was the time he took us into his own backyard and showed us the different ways to improve our own patio and garden. Clint especially gave us tips to put up inexpensive shade sails during the summer to save money and keep cool. He even recommended great contractors to make repairs to our home, and they provided excellent and inexpensive service. We appreciate all his work and effort. Over and above service from Clint!!

You more than met our expectations, Clint! You were God sent. We have bought homes several times, but this was the first time we ever sold a home. You have set the bar very high as a realtor. You took care of things that were not even your responsibility. You got us people to clean the house and fix things needing repair. You coordinated payments to them. Clint did an excellent job helping us find a new home and sell our old one. He was right there assisting in every area, making sure all aspects of the sales were covered and on track. Clint was there every step of the way with excellent service, and there were many steps. We backed out of a deal because it was not right. Clint worked threw the issues and got us out of the deal, a short time later we found the right house.. We liked Clint from the start. He always greeted us with a smile. We have stayed up until 11 p.m. every night enjoying the view, rain, and lightning! Love the house!

Clint was always willing to take the extra step to help us close on time. He did things that needed to be done very quickly, and explained it all to us along the way. He always told us the truth, even if we didn't want to hear it, which we greatly appreciate. We purchased an old bank owned property that needed repairs, and we appreciate him coordinating all the inspections and repairs in a seamless fashion. Although the home buying process was stressful for us first-time buyers, we couldn't have done it without Clint.
