Coastwise Realty was seller’s agent on my transaction. The seller, Pafford Construction, that they work with, has misled me on repeat and they know about this. Legal contract’s terms mean nothing to them. They were supposed to fix two safety hazard items on the home within 5 days after closing, per contract addendum. A month later told me that they need to order parts and it will take 3 more weeks. Haven’t done so in another month and then started ignoring me until my legal team got involved. Then told me that they in fact never ordered parts (in 70 days), but will do so now and it will take additional 4 weeks. Totally untrustworthy, unprofessional, non-compliant with contract that has their names and signatures on it, not to mention it’s a vast safety hazard and a code violation that they don’t care to fix.
