From losing our application check for days. Which was suspicious… To having us turn in our application 3 different times. (Honestly think it was 4 but lost count after multiple times and weeks later) This office is very unorganized and unprofessional. The leasing agent Heather was extremely unprofessional in my opinion, not wanting to return calls and only sends a text back when she needs something and ignores any questions you may have. Then with no explanation, not even a call back (or 1 sentence text that Heathers fond of) - I found out through a listing broker my application was denied. How am I the last in line to find out my application was denied? 3 people found out before I did. Oh and Heather had failed to turn in our application for 10 days.. money tied into escrow for no reason. Not to mention when my business partner went into the office to ask about our denied application, and see if we could do anything like apply a co-signer or make a bigger deposit. Heather was now where to be found but at last! Now she has time to call back. Only to scream at my partner and say we were harassing her. This type of behavior was very odd honestly since in 1 month we’ve called her about 4-5 times ( she only answered once- maybe twice) and sent over about the same amount of text messages. Save yourself the headache and avoid this office or dealing with heather when possible

I deal with commercial realtors all day long and very seldom do I say anyone of them shined. But in dealing with Chris, Bryan and Austin they were fantastic. Great communications skills, they stayed one top of every deal, they were advocates for us. Did did what they said they were going to do and they kept calm when the ride got a little wild. 100% professional in every way and they crossed the finish line. I gave them 5 Stars but in reality they were so much better.

The plaza was dirty, necessitating that I pay for cleaning. I faced constant plumbing issues, and the staff were unhelpful and unavailable. Cohen Commercial Realty is, by far, the worst company I have worked with.

I was negotiating to rent a store, and I was informed that the store was not available. a friend called and was informed that the store is available. Stay away if you have a choice. they discriminate against foreigners.
