I worked with Eloy Rodriguez to sell my father's home in China Lake Acres. My dad's home presented a challenge to sell in that it is a mobile that was not on a foundation. Initially, I met Eloy as a potential investor/buyer for the property but we could not reach a mutually acceptable arrangement. Regardless of being unable to reach a deal, Eloy continued to call periodically to check in and see if I was making progress. At one point he mentioned that he had a couple of potential cash buyers and asked if he could show the property. We quickly reached an agreement and Eloy delivered me a couple cash offers within two days. Both offers were well within market value and fair to all parties. Within three days we were in escrow. It should be noted that I live in Texas and was stuck in Ridgecrest until a sale could be negotiated. My father is also experiencing chronic health issues. I very much appreciated Eloy working on my behalf even though we didn't have a formal agreement! He realized I was in a difficult position and went above and beyond to help out in as much as possible. He also worked quickly and efficiently to smooth out the inevitable problems that arise during escrow. You really can't go wrong having Eloy as a real estate agent!
