I have called Thelma J Palmer on 2/1/23 as I have received an email for she is my local agent, she was very dis-interested, after me telling her my name and explaining my father and I have a property to sell and also interested buying a property, she just said, "I am not interested thank you" and hung up. As she knows nothing about me and instead of explaining anything to me as a courtesy of my human value that I have called your business, you don't just hang up on someone with 3 words, I feel that my name and accent has made her to profile me as a foreigner and I have been discriminated as a minority. My interaction with her was very unprofessional and made me feel I am unwelcome.

Mariella helped me to find a home that was perfect for me when I transferred to Tallahassee for work. It happened so fast and the process was seamless. However, when my company relocated me from Tallahassee she made the process very difficult for me to break my lease. I was charged $400 to repaint the home I lived in because of patchwork that was there from day one. Please if you rent a home from this company do a thorough checklist of the condition when you move in. She never asked or required me to do so and I was naive to think they would acknowledge pre-existing conditions.
