We were very happy with the service provided by Dakota Crawford. He’s a very nice realtor who is direct and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate my 80 year old mothers agent Lisa Kennedy. She helped my mother sell her condo. I Live in Texas and unfortunately I wasn't able to be there in Florida. Lisa kept me informed every step of the way. Lisa went over and beyond to help my mother including taking her to the closing appointment. She was very professional and patient with my mother. l truly give my recommendation for anybody that needs a real estate agent and especially an elderly person, she is very trustworthy.

Beware if you sign a contract with Kelly Davis. The original contract was for a 6% commission. The contract was for 11-1-2021 to 11-2-2022. She then sent a contract included with a lot of other papers from 5-1-22 to 5-1-23, this contract didn't have a percentage which defaulted to 10%. Commission. This was underhanded. Also the HUD Statement which I signed was for the 6% commission. Kelly then went into the attorney office that handled the closing and told them that we the sellers agreed to have the commission changed from 6 to 10%. This was a total lir. I never sighed a HUD Statement for 10% commission. So beware when when dealing with KELLEY DAVIS.

This was the absolute most TERRIBLE experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I were looking for a place to rent for the next year, at most until we are ready to purchase our forever home (the market has seen better days). Anyhow, Janet Shor was the realtor for the condo we were interested in. First meeting Janet, she met us at the condo and showed us the space. We liked it, seemed clean and spacious for us and our 2 young girls. So Janet urged us to sign, give a deposit and pay application fees. I was very open and honest about everything with her. I asked plenty of questions and sent her ALL the requirements for the move in process. The same day Janet sent me a text and let me know the landlord was happy with it and for us to proceed with the application to the board of the association and informed us that since the landlord was apart of the board within a week we would be approved and able to move in (which was important to us because we had to leave where we are living now) anyways a week later I checked up with Janet, who told me she would update me in a week and never did, and her response was that it was “too early, barely a week” even though that was the timeline she gave me and acted as if she hadn’t mentioned anything and I was rushing her. Anyways a few days after that she called me and mentioned that our background check popped up with a service animal which is my husbands ESA Mia. I had assured Janet like we told her from the beginning that Mia would not be joining us at the condo because we only planned on living there short term (1 year lease) and she is a young German shepherd who needs a yard and big space to live in. I also explained to her that we had already made arrangements for Mia to live 4 blocks away from the condo at my mothers home. She then said that she was “just making sure because they didn’t want to be blindsided “ after that I spoke to her a few times via text and she assured me the process was moving along we would be in soon, and yet sure enough on the last week of the month the property manager for the association calls to schedule the last step which is the interview. While he was on the phone with me I reassured him that they don’t have anything to worry about with our service animal and she will be at my mothers down the street and that we’d made arrangements for her living there throughout our 1 year lease at the condo. About a half hour later Janet contacts me and tells me after jumping through many hoops, printing many papers and dropping off many signed documents (including one she had printed out on the contract stating our service animal won’t be at the property) that they’re denying us because of the service animal, because he conveyed to her that I was in distress and told him my animal had no where to go and that I had to bring her with me even though that’s not what I wanted. And that was a complete lie. My husband called her to confront her about the entire thing because he heard me on the phone with Michael which was the man from the association who called for the interview and she just could not get her story straight. I’m glad we dodged that bullet they sound like gossiping childish highschoolers who just wanted to scam some application fees which is a very scummy thing to do. They should keep in mind that not all service animals are used the same way and Mia is verified and signed off by a Dr ESA animal just because her comfort is not needed 24/7 does not mean she is not essential. They should be reported to the Barr and filed a suit against.

Very rude!! Not only did not offer help at all but was disrespectful, lack of professionalism and rude. Juana if I don't mistake was the person in charge of taking phone calls today at 1448, and I would really like to someone to contact me at [email protected] before I personally write this up to the consumer protection agency. She practically insulted me, asking me why type questions and yelling at me, even though I'm also a real estate agent. Very poor customer service!

Not very responsive. I felt like I was begging them to help me find commercial space. You can try but I wouldn't recommend them
