Rob Jr., had listed my home in MLS on a Tuesday and I had a good offer and I contracted 4 days later on Friday !! Everything was done via email and I didn't have to go back to sign any papers. At any time if I had any questions they were answered immediately along with if there was any updates from his end I was informed immediately. Keep in mind when I had left Florida I had 2 house payments and 2 sets of utilities plus the up keep on the house in Fl. So to say I was beyond ecstatic is an understatement!!
