I don’t think a better agent than Patti Alvarado exists. She was a pleasure to work with and took me from the initial offer I made on a property to closing in 18 days. Patti worked tirelessly to make sure a new roof was installed on time and arranged for the home inspection, appraisal, and termite/pest inspection. Plus, she quickly responded to any questions or requests I had (and there were a bunch). Patti also coordinated to have the house deep cleaned the day before my household goods were delivered. Had a home listed for sale by owner and the buyer was using your agent. I asked if she could write up a contract and she did and offered me a discount on the commission because there was no work involved. She was very through and professional the whole way till the close of escrow. I have again asked for her to represent me listing an additional home. Within 1 day she already has a buyer.
