Got an apartment through Bobbi for 13 months, good price for being 3 minute walk from downtown Glenwood. Had some plumbing issues at like month 9 but they were quickly resolved. Got my deposit back even though I left some junk in the apartment. Overall 8.5/10, pretty hassle free

Have had problems in the past but what prompted me to write this review was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My fiancé and I booked a tour of a rental apartment over three weeks ago. We both communicated with Jed Goodwin via Zillow with no problems. We booked a tour for 11/24/23 at 4 pm. Jed requested our phone numbers so he could get in contact with us a few days before the showing. Never heard anything from him again. At 3:50 on the day of the tour we arrived at the apartment and texted Jed we were there. We stood in the cold rain until 4:30 with no word. Attempts to call him went straight to voicemail. We still haven’t heard anything three days later. We called Coldwell Banker Mason Morse directly and still have yet to hear back. This is not the only time calls have been ignored by them but this is the most egregious.

We worked with Jocelyn Kochevar and had an AMAZING experience. She helped us sell our condo and purchase a new construction home. The new build ran into some delays and she was always on it to check in on what was going on. Even the other selling realtor made the comment how Jocelyn stood out and impressed her as she was on it checking in on what was needed etc. It truly seemed like she cared about us and finding us the right home for us. She is an excellent realtor and an even more excellent hand holder! Our little 2 year old loved her, she would grab her hand and lead her around collecting rocks and "treasures" (trash). We have had "good" experiences with realtors before but Jocelyn blew it out of the water on service. She had our best interest in mind and we felt so cared for. We cannot recommend her enough!

Bobbi Hodge manages two rental properties for us. One is a building with five apartments and the other is a townhouse. Her work has been more than satisfactory now for several years. She is professional and efficient, responds to our requests promptly, and displays a competence and good nature that makes working with her a pleasure. I would happily recommend her services to others.

Bobbi Hodge is the worst experience you can imagine. If this is your last chance, kiss it goodbye. Completely unresponsive, and doesn’t listen at all. The least, and worst managed company in the Valley. I wish I had had two more hands, so I could give them/her FOUR THUMBS DOWN.

Sharon was a nightmare to work with. Apart from being consistently angry and carrying herself in an unprofessional manner, she almost never returned calls. I had to call her once a day for a week to get her to respond and the calls were generally unpleasant. She wanted me to take actions that were clearly states in the lease that the lessor would do and then complained when I referenced the lease.

It's hard to avoid working with them in Glenwood Springs, but try to if you can.
