My experience with Santiago and Shari was top notch. From the beginning, I was nervous about selling my home but having a realtor like Santiago helped ease my concerns and give me the confidence to move forward. The Galeano team goes above and beyond during every step of the process from the initial assessment of my property and goals all the way though completion of the sale.

Here are a few things that stood out for me:
1) Advice prior to listing the property. Recommendations made by Santiago and Shari helped drive demand for the property maximizing the sale price.
2) Staging. After Santiago and Shari staged my home, I was ready to buy it all over again! The place looked absolutely beautiful highlighting their interior design expertise.
3) Negotiation. Santiago frequently stepped up and offered his skills to help me get the best price on services like termite inspections or miscellaneous repairs. When it came time to negotiate the terms of the sale, the same level of service prevailed. Simply put: Santiago is a Negotiating Ninja.
4) Managing the process. With all the moving parts of a home sale, Santiago always had his finger on the pulse of the transaction and provided frequent updates. There wasn't a single time during the process that I wasn't aware of what was going on. His communication kept me abreast of any hiccups and he always came prepared with solutions.
5) Follow through. If Santiago and Shari say they are going to do something, it always happens. Everything they say is followed up with action and I really value that. In a time where many realtors will tell you what you want to hear, rest assured that what you get from the Galeano Team is honesty and dependability.
