Coldwell Banker is a great company and has helped myself and my grandfather buy homes. Unfortunately my grandfather had Miss Catherine Pittman. She was a nice agent during my the sale of the home but after the close of the house my grandfather has not received the help he needed for his home. I called miss Catherine on his behalf about faulty circuit breakers and she rudely interrupted me to tell me to call a different number and hung up. She never gave me a chance to tell her what was happening and she told me I was calling the wrong person. I've never been treated so poorly by a company that I used to love not have I ever been so rudely hung up on. My grandfather and I have not been given the help we need.

I am a buyer who had a contract to purchase 112 Windsor Dr and sellers agent Dino Spinoli knew that getting a street light at the house shielded or removed was necessary to close the deal. This was unable to be accomplished due to a neighbor refusing to let be shielded and made worse cause Chelco Electric said it was 112 Windsors light to begin with. Then on Dec 29 when I went to sign with Chelco there's not enough space to finish this- so Mr Spinoli is now trying to force me to forfeit my $2000 earnest money deposit as he refused to tell truth about lighting issue
