I am so grateful for the referral because he was an outstanding agent. Once I spoke to Casey Furnish, he had comps prepared for me the very next day and they were enclosed in a lovely presentation. That was on a weekend and two days later he had photos taken of my house and the house was listed soon after that, my house was only on the market for 10 days when it went under contract. The whole process was just so easy because of his professionalism. He also handled details for me that were actually outside of his responsibility, such as having a shed cleared out , and meeting with different vendors and preparation for selling the house.
