This is a little late of a review but no less well deserved! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany Ellis as our realtor and are so happy we did. We were first time buyers in a crazy market, so that alone was stressful enough, but added to that we found the house we loved in mid to late October, so the entire closing had to happen in about 3 weeks to be done by Thanksgiving. All of that made for a very stressful experience that we are extremely grateful that we had Tiffany to help us through it all. She was both patient and kind with us and got to know us as on an individual level to help us find the home we loved and navigate the process. I warned her upfront that I would probably be pretty difficult and particular, but she didn't let that dissuade or discourage and remained a great partner through the end. It was extremely important to us as first time buyers that we found a realtor that was able to meet us where we were at in terms of our knowledge (or lack thereof) of the home-buying process, and we lucked out. Even the home inspector and contractor contacts that she partnered with and recommended to us were just as helpful and exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier to be in our new home in time for the holidays, and none of it would have happened without Tiffany. 10/10!!

I inquired about an interesting home seen on Realtor com and received a call from Susan Mayrant within 60 seconds of making the inquiry. Susan listened to our interests in a home and devoted a full day to showing us the area and a number of homes that met various requirements. The second home we visited, in a community that we hadn't considered prior to Susan's input, turned out to be perfect for us. We're now happily in our new home about 60 days after our first call. Susan was there to assist and provide local knowledge every step of the way. A great home buying experience in every way.

My wife and I recently inquired about a listing at a community that we have wanted to live in for many years. The realtor that responded ,quite promptly I might add ,was Susan Mayrant. Even though it was a Saturday and she was on her way to a funeral for someone that I also knew, she still took the call and we set up an appointment for Sunday. After looking at the unit that was for sale, we went back to our place with her, and not only drew up the contract to buy the place we were looking at, but went ahead and discussed listing options with her to sell our place. She referred us to a loan broker who immediately started the process, even on Sunday, and Susan made her office available on Monday to make copies of some paperwork that needed to be copied. Throughout the whole process Susan was not only always professional,but very prompt to reply to any message that I sent her. That is very important to me, as I have worked with people in the past,who you never knew if They got your message or not. She also kept me updated about everything that was going on and made whole process much easier. So we listed our property that week, and Susan hired a professional photographer to take several beautiful pictures of our place which helped it to sell in four days. Had many comments about the quality of the photos and her going the extra mile to achieve them. She continued to reach out to us even when she didn’t have anything on her schedule that she had to do for us. And we really appreciated her commitment to us;,feel like we have made a new lifelong friend. Susan was very helpful and we could not have done it without her! The day of closing, she handed us two gift cards to the restaurant here where we live, and also to Lowes. Needless to say, we have used them all so I just want to give a big shout out to Susan let her know how thankful and grateful we are for all of her help and if anybody is looking for a good realtor she comes highly recommended . On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give her a 10,lol
